Lifestyle of the elderly people in rural areas in Beni-Suef Governorate

Lifestyle include components as diet, exercise, hygiene and avoidance of smoking. Aim this study is to assess lifestyle elderly people in rural areas Beni suef Governorate. Design Descriptive design was used. Sample Systemic random selection 350 elderly. Setting Kom abo Khalad village Naser center Suef Tools Three tools were used Tool I Interview Questionnaire consisted 3 parts, 1st: Socio-demographic data elderly, 2nd: Past present health history, 3rd: Assessment lifestyle. II: Observational checklist III: Physical assessment measure weights heights people. Result: The showed that 48.9% the their age's ranges from (60-< 70). 57.1% suffered insomnia. 54.6% had smoking habits, 87% hadn’t alcohol use 74.3 healthy Conclusion More than half dependent feeding. participate home activity, two thirds no doing exercise. In additional to, majority suffer insomnia & more habits.
